Went here to get a decaf coffee, and worker gave me a caffinated drink. Some people don't react to caffeine well, it would be nice if workers restate the orders before passing it over to customers or at least put the sticker on the drink so customers can see if it's decaf like they asked. Caribou is my go to especially since they have raspberry as an available option for a berry white mocha. Always delicious 😋 😍 plus they don't charge extra for almond or oat milk. Staff is great. Just disappointed in their product. XL crafted press, by the time I drove 2 miles home 1/4 of it disappeared. I'd be disappointed if a beer had a head like that and it's half the price. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

This location has SOME very attentive and respectful staff and I have had good experiences here HOWEVER typically only when I order food and go through the drive thru. Some staff did admit that management does not train them appropriately and a lot of times don’t even teach them ingredients for new drinks. This feels a lot more like a management issue then a staff issue, as when asked to correct an issue the staff was very apologetic and made a new drink with lightning speed and it was correct. 9/10 staff 2/10 management. I was the only customer at the counter and I waited there for over 5 minutes...I was never greeted or acknowledged that I was there. The 2 guys that were working saw me but chose to continue taking multiple drive-thru orders, instead of taking my order. I used to go here 2-4 times a week. If they can't even acknowledge a customer, I'm not going to bother giving them any more money. There is a Starbucks a block away. Service Take out Meal type Other
