Honestly, some of the best coffee I have had , ever. I think the only one that tops it was from Costa Rica, and I am pretty sure it was from the field behind the pace we were staying. Better than Starbucks, dunks, or aroma joes. Close to 1776, mary Anne’s, and some others. Food, needs a very large upgrade. They have a warm cinnamon cake that is pretty good . Service was always great, and the environment is definitely good to sit down , relax or work . Lots of interviews hanging around this place if you enjoy people watching. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Came with my 9-year-old daughter and ordered 2 drinks. One of them hot chocolate. We've been together at the order desk, so the register had a chance to see child. HOT chocolate was extremely hot, and my daughter burned her tongue. I'm very disappointed. Other coffee shops pay attention on it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Asked for light ice and they filled it past the “ice line” on the side of the cup! Honestly this is just blatantly rude and now they hold the card reader out expecting you to tip on drinks/service you haven’t even received yet! Stay away from this caribou.

Absolutely awful. Barley even filled up my cup more than half. Don’t go here, bad service and they don’t know how to make drinks right. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

The staff here were so kind and friendly, cultivating a welcoming and warm space upon arrival. My order was quickly and efficiently taken and prepared, and I felt very much at home in the shop, a welcomed guest.
