When I lived in this town years ago this caribou was always hit or miss on drinks. It’s a total miss now. Two days in a row my drink was bitter and just not good. I get this drink 3-5x a week at different caribous and they all make it great so I think it’s just this location. You’re better off going to the isanti locations. First time going here and I ordered a hot chocolate. They forgot the whipped topping and chocolate so it was just a regular boring hot chocolate that I could have made at home but paid $5 for. Was a little busy today. I had a muffin that was out of the world good. I was given an attitude of disdain when the wrong item was given to me, and I asked for the correct one, but other than that, a run of the mill experience for caribou coffee. Had to spread the cream cheese on my bagel with my fingers. Would have been nice to have a knife. For some reason all the coffee cups are wet and sticky like they spill a quarter of it before they give it to you. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
