Prices increased a little at beginning of year, but very affordable as compared to other similar establishments. Plus, the cleanest and best decorated coffee establishment in the larger NW region. My favorite: Frozen (blended) Campfire Mocha & sub the milk chocolate for with white chocolate.

Caribou is hands down the best coffee/tea place in town. The drinks are always great & the barristas are always nice and willing to help customers with drink selections. Plus, it offers great spaces to talk, work, or even have a small meeting... Keep up the good work! Oh, and try the campfire mocha blended (frozen) and ask to sub the milk chocolate for white chocolate. Chris, the manager, is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable to myself and others. She even suggests new items on the menu.

Always good, always friendly and great atmosphere. The lodge feel and fireplace are nice touches. This is my favorite place in town to meet and have coffee. I have probably one meeting a week there if not more. The drinks are consistently good, and the other products offered are good and varied as well. Cody is always extra friendly and goes out of his way to assist customers.

This was my go to coffee shop since it opened in Saint Joseph. However over the last year poor management and a string of inept employees has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. The coffee now tastes like instant. There is no longer any chocolate, and forget about ordering something that is not black coffee, because even reading the recipes seems difficult for this store’s employees. I have recently visited other stores and they all were up to Caribou standards. This one however is not worth stopping at. Try the Starbucks across the street for something that doesn’t taste as much like dirt.
