I am not very techy so I attempted to use the app to order and accidentally put in the wrong pick up time. When I arrived, they very graciously replaced my order! They were very understanding and sympathetic. The staff here is always so kind and helpful. Very appreciated and why I use this location fairly often. when your coffee shops are full - you guys should have a policy that if your regional teams are in, they give up their seats to customers. I've seen multiple tables used up - alotnof times with no one sitting in them, customers walking in and turning around and leaving.
