Love caribou, but this location has really gone downhill with their service. Waited 20 minutes to get drinks while they made others who were behind me first. When I inquired their excuse was because I has ordered hot drinks and the others behind me had ordered cold drinks. Not sure why that should matter. We used to come everyday and the staff then was amazing. It's changed a lot over the past 6-8 months. Also, the mobile orders just sit behind the counter, and you have to wait until they're not busy to ask for it. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Honestly love studying at this place . I enjoy the vibe. Music isn’t too loud. Fireplace is a plus! The early mornings are usually busy with older adults while the evenings are busier with young adults, college aged. Will keep coming! Just super disappointed on the bathroom cleanliness (they share bathrooms with DQ).. they run out of toilet paper and hand towels often and it just feels so gross. Not sure why it’s been months and they still haven’t replaced the toilet paper holder either? Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Love caribou but this Edinburgh location service disappoints most of the time if you order mobile pick up. I understand if they're busy it might take longer than the 5 minutes stated in the app, but they don't bring the order out to the pickup station when it's ready. They just leave it sitting behind the counter until maybe they notice you standing around waiting. I don't like to do negative reviews but this is a common occurrence at this location and today after 10 minutes of waiting an employee decided to just tell me that my order was waiting for me next to the register while she brought out someone else's order to the pickup shelf. Maybe they need to move the pick up location if they can't handle walking out from the counter with it when it's ready. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house so I'll probably keep going there from time to time. Never have this happen at other locations though. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

This is hands down, absolutely my favorite Caribou in this general area! The quality of food and service, no matter what I order (which changes a lot) is stellar. Extremely friendly, happy, smiling baristas. The fireplace is so cute and there is plenty of seating all the way to the back of the store. I like that they sell juices and other healthy snack items too. The gluten free breakfast options are so delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

From my experience, if you order via mobile and when you get there and they simply don't have the food item you ordered they will say it'll be returned back to the mobile app then it never appears. In order to have anyone validate your inquiry about the return you'll have to know which employee said they would return it so if you frequent more then one location like myself it's a challenge trying to remember the date let alone which person said what. This has only happened a handful of times but is it that difficult to make an item no longer available online? It's so easy to take a payment but go thru hoops when it's time to return a payment in my opinion. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Service: 2

My favorite Caribou Coffee, Janelle is phenomenal! and one of the main reasons I continue to come back to this location. Strong leadership skills and amazing customer service.
