Always get my crabs from here when I come to visit my mom in St Marys! I've been a few other places but no where compares to here! I live in Baltimore & I come here to get that Baltimore feel & taste!!! Only downside is the smith island cake is really pricey!
I love this store. My crabs are always fresh. Didn't do 5 stars because price is a high. Awesome customer service.
My mom has been craving crabs and we were recommended by a local to come here. We purchased 2 dozen female crabs ($20/dozen), 1 dozen oysters ($10), and fresh fish. We got the crabs and oysters steamed and the fish we brought home to make sinigang (Filipino tamarind soup). Although the crabs We got today are from North Carolina, we were happy with how fresh they were. We are new to the area and I am glad that there are fresh crabs nearby.
Captain Smith's seafood is a great place to enjoy seafood and wonderful customer service. Last time I was there, the gentleman that served me was incredibly polite , you want a good experience and wonderful food, the place to go is Captain Smith's seafood in Lusby.

Smallest "#1" Males I've ever had in my life! So much so that I broke out the measuring tape. 5 1/2 inches... So I guess by industry standards 5 1/2 inches is a #1... But it is also a number 2, depending on where you go, since it's on the lower end of the number 1 range. Needless to say... So disappointed. A waste of $140. Happy Mother's Day to Me. 🙄😩😢 Never Again.

We stop by on Tuesday, September 26 and ask for their pricing for a half bushel of mixed female crabs and was told half Brussels is $55 and has 6 1/2 dozen of crabs. The next morning we stopped by to pick up half bushels and because there were four of us we asked them to divided into four portions and they gave us 4 bags. When we got home 2 hours later and found there were 11-12 crabs in each bag, meaning we paid $14 each for a dozen of crabs and their price for dozen is $12! Very disappointing experience.
My crabs were so good. Thank you ! The staff was great .

Nice people, good prices. Whenever we are visiting and can't catch any crabs, and sometimes even when we can, we stop by to get some to take home.
The shrimp salad is delicious. The staff are welcoming. The fried clams were a little rubbery and heavy on the breading.other wise dinner was great
