I went through the drive thru around 10:45 this morning, fries were ice cold (close to opening, so no excuse for this), and the sandwich i got was advertised to have lettuce on it, which it didn’t. When I called back and told them, they told me they didn’t have lettuce at the moment (we were not informed of this before purchasing) and i asked if I’d be able to get a replacement sandwich when they did have lettuce again and she hung up on me. I figured the call just got dropped, so I called back and she hung up on me again immediately after answering. Her name was Brittany I believe. I am normally not one to complain, but there were also several hairs in my tender meal (didn’t even try to mention this on the phone because I really don’t care all that much), but now it is an issue. I was wondering why captain Ds was starting to fall off the grid, but now it’s definitely understandable why it is. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 of the 2 piece fish & fries off the menu for $5.99. I was charged $6.79. When I questioned it they said the sale is over & today they are $6.79!! I told them that was the price on the menu!! Not happy at all! I will drive a few feet to Mary B's the next time! They charge menu prices!
