I WAS a loyal customer of this brand Captain Nemos because ive been eating it since childhood and it kept consistant quality over the years. However, the Westland location has a manager, Nickolas, who is rude and discriminatory. I used to be a loyal customer but this particular Captain Nemos has absolutely NO pride in their work. My steak sub was messed up, and barely had meat. They didn't want to accommodate me AT ALL and even accused me of trying to just scam them. I had been a loyal customer (of that location) for 2 years without even one complaint before. I was soo offended and just completely done with Captain Nemos altogether. I recommend NOT using the westland location as they are rude, discriminatory, and tarnishing the legacy of Captain Nemo's!!! Service Delivery Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WARNING ! WARNING ! I have reviewed this place several times. It USED to be a favorite... I recently swung in for my usual, I always felt like I was treating myself. However, when I got my order home, I was sorely DISAPPOINTED ☹️. The ingredients were the same, if not similar. But the sandwich CONTENTS seemed LESS. At $9 a sub, I decided to call and inquire, I Soon learned NEW MNGMNT !!! The worker I spoke to assured me that a manager would call me back and discuss my concerns. NO CALL BACK ! Lastly, the one near 5 points Romulus was great the last time I was there... Damn do they do it right, and more than just subs.... I just wish I lived closer... Yep, it's that good... 06/07/23 More of the same, a GOOD thing. Such a variety of food too... But love their pepperoni, sauce, and seasoning salt. Friendly, great staff. Was in to visit 1/02/24 and OMG!! EVERYTHING was delicious!! I’m in love with the chicken garlic parm fries! The Chef definitely knows what he’s doing!!!! Excellent service.
