The best fries I've had in NE Philly. Capital Tavern has great specials every weeknight, a massive drink selection and an above average kitchen. The clientele can be a bit sparse, but it's a good time for an intimate hangout. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
