Update, it’s been months since I’ve last visited, and unfortunately an employee came out and interrupted me while I was using the atm. (Unknown if it’s the same one bc I did not look away from my transaction) It’s one thing to alert someone that there is a safety issue or that the atm is out of service. It’s another to interrupt every single person minding their own business and trying to make a deposit. I will no longer be banking with capital one because of this.
I’ve been coming here for years, but unfortunately the last few times I’ve come in to use the ATM I’ve had a poor experience. There’s a male employee that consistently comes out into the atm vestibule and interrupts while I’m mid transaction. He says hi and then let’s me know that they’re available inside if I have questions. It makes me feel unsafe and is extremely distracting as people come in and out through there. He is the only employee who does this and in my opinion it’s quite obvious that there are employees available inside. I’ve actually avoided going inside for coffee the last several times because of this and only visit now as a last resort.
Great space to do work! Unfortunately theres this one female barista that always messes up my order. She charges you extra for oat milk but then gives you whole milk. This happened 3 times!
