With breakfast being my favourite meal of the day, the menu and vibe at Candi's was worth every moment spent there. We were a tour group of 9px ending a 2 week tour across the Garden Route and we were delighted by the cosy and cute garden, awesome service from our waiters and warm welcome from the chef. Breakfast was a variety of gourmet omelettes, eggs Benedict, savory pancakes, poached eggs with avo and served on grilled aubergine as well as grilled cheese and tomato sandwich on farm baked bread. The coffee was perfect too. Love this place and will definitely be back again.

We didn't have a good experience here. Service was terrible. We waited 35 minutes for a simple breakfast. My 2 egg omelette was so thin it was almost transparent!!. ......and when the bill arrived.....which was R201.......the owner even took the odd R1.........needless to say, we didn't leave a tip.

This place is well located. Pity that we waited an hour and a half for our food. The coffee is below average. The food was alright. The menu noted that some dishes were salmon but were disappointingly trout. Not worth the long wait.

CanD’s feels like HOME - it’s like stopping by at a family friend’s house, popping in for a yummy meal or a sweet little treat with a cuppa.
Every time I’m in Hermanus I simply have to stop by... the scones (with strawberry jam AND cheese, naturally) are divine and now I can say their brownies and Benedict are , too !
A lovely little coffee shop/restaurant serving delicious, quality food with a great warm vibe and lovely cosy patio in summer
