Incredible bakery. The owner is super friendly, is a real friend of the local community, and chooses delicious spreads/drinks for the breads. This is some of the best bread I’ve had and I can’t recommend the linzer tarts enough. Caliwala is worlds better than Boudin Bakery in SF. We are visiting from Germany and can wholeheartedly recommend this cozy bakery. We just bought various cookies and a walnut cranberry bread that is just to die for!!! We Germans really know our bread but the visit at caliwala is always a highlight when we’re in this area! You can really tell that Erin and her partner take pride in what they’re doing and bring a lot of love into it, just like how they treat their customers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best bakery in the county. If you haven’t been here- make some time. The cranberry bread and cookies were amazing. Everything we tried was amazing. Super cute spot in Baywood too with a little garden. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bread is amazing. The pastries are incredible Wayward is one of the best bakeries anywhere! Our favorite stop when we are in the area. We had lunch there today and loved it.
