They always load me early and treat me with respect. It's rare for loading to take more than an hour, it happens sometimes. I've been coming here to pickup since 2018 and it's one of my favorite loads to haul.
Check-in was fast, and the young lady at the window was very professional and friendly. They loaded me quickly. The paperwork was ready when I got back to the window. Only if all shippers were this efficient.
Seems like a good warehouse to deliver/pick up ,only reason i don't give it more stars there ain't no more 😎. I don't care about the loading or waiting none of that maters after seeing that sweet angel at the shipping office😍 ......I was about to leave but i will say this ,them yard jokeys are either dumb or just plain rude , i'd be moving around the warehouse to load and then to check out and they would cut in front of me like if they wanted me to hit them. I would keep an eye on this drivers , be sure to have ypir dash cams ON , Insurance purposes and the Managmnent should pay close atention to this.🤔 SeeYa🫡
We love Califia Farms and their alternative creamers. I did want to provide some feedback though. The Hazelnut was my MOST favorite creamer! Ever. I would look forward to it each morning more than any latte I could buy! BUT, for aome reason the shelf stable version is very different than refrigerated version. The shelf stable is better. we figured this out when we accidentally bought the refrigerated version when the other not in stock. THERE IS SOMETHING THE PUT IN IT NOT LISTED IN INGREDIENTS THAT GIVES IT A WIERD AFTERTASTE. Like Aspartame or something but not that. This is counterintuitive because you would think its the shelf stable version they do this to. It was the bottle in fridge. Sadly, our stores do not carry the hazelnut shelf stable version anymore. Don’t know why only vanilla, caramel, and barista versions.
Please do some quality control and taste your own product with coffee. Figure out what is giving it the aftertaste from your ingredients and fix it! The listing is the same so it is something you use that is not listed. And PLEASE bring back shelf stable Hazlenut!

I like it here that’s my first time been here.. I’m here early to my appointment but they checked me in and got the door right way… people here in office and who loads you everyone seems nice..👌clean restrooms,easy backing and the pilot truck stop 2 miles away… thanks
10.07.2022 Here for pickup wait after checking in. Get door after 45 minutes. Lodging done in 2 hrs..Cleen restrrom. Wedding machines available. Parking full with trailers..Bad smell outside..
