This is my go-to place for studying, and the drinks are always good. There are so few places around here with comfy seats to hang out and exist without feeling like you need to just drink and go. The staff here have always been very nice. Great atmosphere, great service, great food - definitely beats the Starbucks across the street. My only wish is that Caffe Nero had more interesting seasonal flavors, but sometimes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

It's a hit or miss.
When it's busy it's super slow. There's not enough employees. I get the same thing and one lady said we don't put caramel in that. I told her they always do. And she was like... Really?? There's no way to charge for it. I told her there's a caramel button. I do get charged.other than her the employees are super great. Super friendly. I always forhet my coffee card and they never ask me if I have one. I won't get the pastry anymore because it an open display and there's a huge fruit fly problem and they were all over the pastry. However the sandwich case is enclosed.
Management has some things to work on. But the staff is great.

This place is a joke 😭 they call these sandwiches for this price. Rather go burger king for breakfast. Or anywhere else. The coffee not great I grind own beans better coffee at home. No waste your money here.

Do you realize Starbucks across from this location is closed for renovations and you are getting 5 times the foot traffic volume you used to get?
Do you realize you are working the staff in this location to death by only having 1 person at the counter?
The wait to order is almost as long as the wait for your items after you pay. I feel for the person behind the counter but the owners/managers of this location should be ashamed. (but they never will because entitlement)

This Caffe Nero location is awesome!!! I give this Caffe Nero location two thumbs up. The atmosphere of the cafe was really warm and inviting. The cafe was neat, clean, and well-organized. Our chairs that my friend and I sat in were really comfortable. The cafe decor was really modern, fancy, stylish, and pleasing to the eye. Our drinks that my friend and I ordered (hot chocolate with whipped cream) were well-presented and looked so stunningly beautiful due to the pieces of chocolate that the hard-working cafe employee sprinkled on top of the whipped cream. Basically I love this Caffe Nero location. They even have a cool artificial fireplace!!! Great job Caffe Nero!!!

Walk in service is fine, dine in is decent, four cheese frittata I would recommend.
The mobile ordering experience isn’t working for Nero. The app is clunky, worse the staff doesn’t know about your order until you come in and ask. Once alerted to your order, they fill it as quickly as possible. Nero Management needs to work on the service delivery for mobile, probably shut it down until they get it working smoothly. Starbucks is light years ahead.

When I stop over, it typically is on a Sunday late afternoon. The lady behind the counter always serves with a friendly attitude and a smile on her face. I appreciate that about this Winchester location, as the service at Burlington area cafes can be hit and miss.

There is a serving lady who is not normal and I believe she has some mental problems. I don’t want to describe her physically . And also I don’t want my complain goes to affect other women workers . If you just shortly observe you will be able figure out who is I am complaining about. Because her behaviors speak itself. She is the one who usually there and when we go there she always acts rude. We used to tolarete her and even try to understand her , show her our kindness And we always leave tips for her even she is rude and careless and actually doesn’t deserve it . But today she was like throwing the package of our order toward us and acting totally careless without any reason.We warned her and she smiled with a sick way and said some more rude things carelessly. We cancelled our order and since there was no manager we left the cafe. I believe she is really sick in her mind and while she is there I am not going cafe Nero in Winchester anymore .
