A true Gem of a restaurant that is located just outside the city. As you enter you are greeted by smiling faces and a warm and friendly environment! Truly southern Italian, the menu transports you to southern Italy and prepares you for a wonderful culinary experience! The specials are clearly the Chefs favorite weekly creations and come served with a whole lot of Amore' ! The food quality is amazing and the serving size is perfect! I started with the grilled Octopus, which was perfectly prepared and as tender as it gets, I highly recommend this! I had the Duck and tasted the Rare Tuna special, both excellent! We finished with an espresso and gelato, a perfect Italian ending. Prices are more than fair for the quality and service and the atmosphere transports you to a southern Italy Trattoria! After 2 years in America I finally found out where I can eat good and authentic Italian cuisine. I love this place because it does not have a simple menu but a variety of dishes, also made at the moment on request. I have experienced the Italian warmth and a kindness in the service that is hardly found here in America. Also fresh homemade pasta and desserts of good manufacture.
