Was hear fixing something for them but hadn't eaten all day yet, food smelled so good, so instead of going somewhere else I decided to give it a try... Ordered the Chicken Burrito and was gonna pay for it but they told me since I was hear taking care of them, they'd take care of me an my Burrito was free! It was so nice, and the Burrito was Fire 🔥 the Hot Sauce was what made it! Will definitely be coming back with my family in the near future. Lots of other places won't do that for you from my experience, good to know there's places that truly appreciate your hard work. I just paid $19 for a burrito with rice, pinto & black beans, and shredded chicken. That’s it… Oh, and a tiny itty bitty thing of guac on the side that was $3, even when I ordered it to be ON the burrito. Those ingredients probably cost a total of $4… it was good & fresh, but doesn’t justify the cost! That’s not even including a drink or delivery fee. I picked it up myself. Oh boy. I don’t have time to really outline everything wrong at this location. Let’s just summarize it by saying that the manager of this location needs to be retrained. SO much is wrong and went wrong with this evening’s meal. This place is dirty. The fresh tortillas are burnt and unnecessarily crunchy. The chicken. Let’s chat about their chicken. It was cooked to death and lacked any taste at all. It bordered on being described as ‘food.’ The staff were rude and less than interested in helping us to get our food. I felt super stoked that I chose to give my hard earned money to a gaggle of entitled self-interested food preparation artisans. Won’t be back. Sad really. Been to almost every single location. May 22nd, 2022 back to ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I visited them 2-3 times since the last review.Everything is back to normal: decent size portions, fresh ingredients, impeccable service, staff is friendly and attentive to customers’ requests. ******************************** 6-19-21 to go order - ☆ ☆ The girl who made my order was not friendly and rushed me thru it even though there were nobody else in line (neither in front of me nor behind). She was very skimpy on the steak and guacamole. When I asked for some more guacamole she said it would be an extra charge. I literally got just half of the scoop. I think this visit is gonna be last at this location. ********************************* My original review I left a year ago (Spring 2020) ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ It’s alright. We ordered two burritos yesterday, and unfortunately got sick over night (both of us).. The rice had no flavor, neither did the steak. Should not have eaten this as the temperature of the food wasn’t heated up right. I was visiting Flagstaff for a couple of days. I wanted Mexican food and this came up in my Google search. It was close to my hotel so I decided to try it. I can't rate the staff or the atmosphere because I just did a pick up order online, but I was blown away by the food. It was so good. It tasted and looked fresh. My burrito was huge!
