I attempted to call this cafe for 45 minutes. They never answered. When I finally arrived, I told Alex at the cafe that I had been attempting to reach someone for 45 minutes and he said, yeah I’m busy. I said, but why couldn’t you answer one time in 45 minutes?, as I looked around and noticed that it didn’t seem that busy. He continued to argue with me in a rude and dismissive manner. Additionally, I ordered 6 popovers to go and they only gave me 2. This is not representative of the level of service that is expected at Neiman Marcus nor should it ever become accepted or tolerated. If I wanted this level of service, I would go to McDonald’s.
