I have been here a couple of times now. Long story short, it's amazing, worth the trip, and fantastic if you need to eat gluten free. Long story long, it is fairly busy but is set up so well that it doesn't feel cramped. They have a similar set up to cafés in Portland and Seattle. Order at the counter, find your seat, and the food is brought out to you. Ideal for anyone with anxiety that needs some time to settle in. They don't have a dedicated gluten free menu but they do have options and are knowledgeable and willing to work with you. They have charcuterie boards, brunch and dinner. Drinks are very unique and are made with substantial ingredients. There are spots outside, hidden in corners, or out in the open around the hall. I truly think every person that comes here will have an opportunity to find their own niche for the experience. I'm really looking fo to going back.

The atmosphere is very chic bistro, something not often found in the Tri Cities. The display case offerings are generally good, however a bit inconsistent at times. Hasn't stopped us from returning. Service has generally been good, but I have encountered order confusion from the staff a few times, but they always apologize and make it right.

2 star chilaquiles: eggs overcooked, nachos/chips under the eggs extra extra salty, do not recommend
