Great food, great service. I ate the hamburger steak, and my friend ate the chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was big! Both dinners were very good. The staff was very friendly. I was in town after meeting with sellers wanting to Lu their home on the market. While waiting for my next appointment, I stopped by to have lunch at Cafe Chris. Restaurant was packed but wait staff managed to greet and I thought it was nice and welcoming! They offer a variety of food. I got the hamburger steak and it came with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was quite delicious. The meal came with a choice of a dinner salad or fruit salad and I opted for the fruit salad. Good comfort food to have. On their menu, they offer keto diet friendly food such as chicken salad serve in a big tomato. There’s plenty of parking and they have good amount of table as well. Looks like a lot of regulars goes to this restaurant. Good place to have good food!

Super friendly staff! Seated very quickly. Came in for a late dinner and was very pleased with service and portion size. I ordered the chicken fried steak with fries and a side of fruit. The prices are very reasonable. My daughter ordered the half salad and was very pleased with the size of hers. Her friend ordered the 1/2 deli plate because she wasn't too hungry and didn't want bread. It was a great portion and perfect for someone who doesn't want to eat carbs. Will definitely be coming again next time we are in town.

We wanted to try a new restaurant and this didnt disappoint! Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious! We had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the catfish hoagie. Theres no option on Google reviews to recommend the catfish hoagie but I definitely do! The train decor gives it a nice cozy home feel. We will definitely be returning!
