Very friendly and knowledgeable staffs as well as high quality treats and drinks for a cafe. Their cheesecake is very well made.

Exactly the same layout as any other.. This location seems new addition to the franchise.
The people working at this location gave me coffee Fraps instead of Green Tea Frappuccino.
Of course they should ask if not sure other then asking the order is just one.
Hmm. I walked in by myself.. parking lot practically empty. Oh, all 3 popes up from behind the counter as I presses the button to open slide door. They were sitting behind the counter with their smart phone. Making them dumb senseless, and unaware.

I've pointed out "Green Tea" Frape! She jumps and points to coffee Frape.
I said Bo. Getting her tension to Tea section.
She brought a stick to point at Green Tea Frape. I SAID YES. Then I go back on announcement for pick-up and there it is Coffee Frape!
I give up! Didn't want to stir up up on their and my shortfall. But, these folks should really be better trained.
In addition, this location is having 2 + 1 Deal on Fraps. Why I see many three sums.

Went here twice in one day was in the middle of my 2*2 hr hike both ways to plain of jars. Good place to cool down and get some Motivation and coffeeine. Staff friendly and coffee good!
