I’m so glad that I found this gem! I’ve been trying sourdough from lots of different bakeries in the city and surrounding areas and this is by far the best bakery I’ve tried. Their bread is always fresh and baked to perfection. 10 out of 10!

The only thing I wish was different is that their sausage was solely Turkey & not a combination of pork & Turkey. I noticed that when ppl order here they say, I'll take my sandwich with "turkey" & I don't think they are aware it has pork in it. & No one seems to clarify that with their order. What if people have restrictions against pork? The description has a back slash "/" which generally means "or" hence turkey/pork sausage. But in this case its two meats together which should clearly state "turkey & pork sausage" or even "combination of turkey sausage with pork".
So I can never order a turkey sausage for my husband or family because we don't eat pork.
That's the only take away from this because we would love to have breakfast plate or sandwich with just good turkey sausage & no other additives or pork on the days we want to order in & relax.

By a wide margin best olive bread in the US. Never had anything like it. Try and be ruined by its excellence. Seek at all costs. Rarely (more than zero times) available at local Bristol Farms along with other excellent variants. Rye bread is in the running too.
