First meal in El Salvador, and I was not disappointed! The traditional breakfast was absolutely delicious! The fresh tomato sauce was very refreshing and the cheese was tasty, the fried plantains, the entire meal was special! Will definitely check out the resident while in town! Food was pretty quick for being almost full for breakfast. Pancakes were good, tater tots on the spot, sausage well cooked and eggs perfectly cooked. Only thing was no butter on pancakes but they quickly brought me some. Last thing I did not like was the plastic utensils, would try and grab the cut sausage links and would slip out coffee refills were definite plus. Would definitely recommend there breakfast. Update: they mentioned to me next time to ask for silverware utensils. Spent $17 for breakfast. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Cadejo Brewing Company caught my eye when I first arrived at the Salvadoran Airport I was able to experience one of their many locations and fell in love with their wide selection of craft beer and hard seltzers. Before departing El Salvador we stopped at Cadejo and had the Big Bang; a plate of scrambled eggs with 3 sausages accompanied by crispy tatot tots and 3 small fluffy pancakes. They have an option of 3 hard seltzers Passion Fruit (Maracuyá) Coco and Lime. You can also purchase a 6 pack of their in house craft beer to go with you in the plane they also have a small selection of merchandise such as tshirts bottle openers and glass for purchase. Cadejo is a must stop place for any craft beer connoisseur. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tater Tots
Great spot to chill before a flight...the location is directly across gate 8 in the departures area. They have a full menu. These guys are well know for brewing their own beer, their selection is wide. My favorite is La Hija de Puh. GREAT SPOT👍🏼

The place to go if you need a bite and a nice beer between flights. It is said to be the first craft brewery in Central America and their beer is top quality, they have a good variety from blonde to stout. Food is really good as well, their service could be better but nothing serious to complain about. We just had to wait to get attention and the place was half empty. Great service. Friendly and professional waiters. Place is good, comfortable. Being at the airport they have thought about connectivity and have many electrical outlets. Comfy chairs. Good value for what you pay for. I liked it. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Anytime I’m flying back to DC, I get the same thing over and over again. La mañanera burger and La Negra beer (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere). You can really taste that coffee note. Of course, everyone’s palate is different but if you’re into burgers and Irish stouts, I recommend.
