The roast beef stew and the dry fried chicken wings were amazing! I do wish the restaurant played some music though it was awkwardly silent. I’ll definitely be back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Beef Soup
*Update: Another positive visit here. The food is good quality and has great taste. Had the Tomato 🍅 beef 🥩 over rice 🍚, and it was as good as it was the last time I ordered it. I really want to try a new dish, but it was hard not to order the same thing. I did, however, try the stir-fried noodles 🍜 (like chow mein), and I thought it was tasty. I highly suggest to visit this place and try one of the soups. After, let us know your thoughts. The workers were helpful & very nice. - end update - Prior visit: Visited the business around 8pm on a weeknight, and there was no wait. We ordered two soups 🍲 that were really good! 😋 House special w/beef Rib & knife cut noodles 🍜 Tomato 🍅 beef with white rice 🍚. We enjoyed both of them a lot! Spicy Chongqing-style beef noodle soup gets many elements right, but the numbingness was near negligible and the broth lacked depth in flavor. Eager to try another menu item to potentially lift score. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Open late + Outstanding knife cut noodle and beef bone soup. The broth was really really good and obviously took many many hours to prepare. Meat just falls off the bone. Service staff is very friendly and polite, they also have a sense of humor if you engage with them (check out the signs on the bathroom, lol). Very good hospitality here and they know how to read your mood to be reserved vs more engaging. Native Mandarin and decent English too. They will await your hand signal before bringing the bill and seem to be okay with people chatting after finishing the food….which is not typical for Chinese restaurants haha. Just be patient if the place is busy, there are only a couple of people running the place. Very neighborhood vibe and authentic, with a pretty interesting choice in decor. Great noodles, authentic staff, open late, fair prices. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes House Special

The food was ok. The fried rice was kinda bland and doesn’t have much ingredients for the price. The noodle was decent, it wasn’t too salty but not too special. Food is pricy. They gave free Chinese sausage, which is just hot dog for checking in in Yelp. Service was ok. The waiter doesn’t check on us much. We went during late afternoon and it was not too busy. I am sure that for those of you lucky enough to live in the city this noodle shop is just one of many you have to choose from but for those of us who drove 5 hours to get here Wow what a treat. So good, wish I lived closer so I could explore the menu but this will just have to go into the memory book of special dinners. I appreciate a good bowl of noodles at reasonable price that is open late and this place hits all those marks. Service can be a bit slow because it’s just a few people keeping the place running, but well worth the wait. Relatively new restaurant in a pretty remote area. The rice noodle is fine. The fried meat and small plates are ok. However, non of that matters because the beef broth shaved noodle is 100% fantastic! We ordered two serves each because we cannot have enough… the flavor, the texture, and the shape, just works! Must try and this is pretty unique since we didn’t find anything like this in the city Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Really good place to get a variety of unique soups and noodle dishes. The flavors are amazing and I definitely bring out of towners here. Service is slow but that’s not a problem, the food is amazing. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere where you won’t feel pressured by someone constantly checking your table. Loved the hand cut noodles beef soup and my friend got the lamb. Partner tried the trotters soup and loved it. Will be back! Dishes come in not spicy, mild, and very hot. The noodles were fresh, and the broth was nicely flavored. There are various spice level and you can add extra spices if needed. The pan fried buns were juicy. Not sure if they are made in house or not (if they are, they are indeed very good). The Chick wing skewers were cummin flavor so different from most other wings. They give you sour plum juice and it is nice to have after the spicy broth. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes House Special
