Hands down, one of the best lounges I have visited. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed and asked what your preferences are. We had some of the recommended ones and they were the perfect choice. We were offered to do the one day pass and I would highly recommend it. I will be back very soon!

Largest selection of cigars in town. Comfortable seating throughout. Small and large rooms, and televisions playing sports, news, and movies. Small beverage selection due to local laws. (No alcohol) knowledgeable staff to assist on cigar options. Friendly "bartender" to bring you drink orders. Decorative and large storage humidors for purchase to help you keep your cigars at home in the best condition. Open 9am to 11pm. Definitely worth a visit if you are a resident or visiting.

This is an amazing location, where you can feel totally relaxed. Every single person on staff will genuinely come to know you, and treat you like you really belong there, very quickly. They will all have recommendations and true knowledge about all cigars. And, their selection is beyond wonderfully stocked. While you're there, take some time to absorb all that they offer. It's really an amazing amount of high quality products. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to sit with friends, coworkers, clients, or just by themselves with a laptop. This place feels like the ultra comfortable and welcoming room you wish you had in your house.

Owner is very kind and made great cigar recommendations. I also had a meeting and he generously allowed me to sit in an area of the lounge that was opened yet so there would be no distractions. Great place.

Stopped in to have a lighter I bought there years ago. The gentleman behind the counter never asked me anything about the lighter except what brand of butane I used? Within 5 minutes he not only had it working, he cleaned it AND refilled it and never said a word about cost!
He is an obvious throwback ( as am I) as this doesn't happen anymore. He made sure my short visit was a pleasurable one. I will most definitely be visiting the lounge again in the very near future!

Amazing selection. Excellent service. And a beautiful space. If you're in Schaumburg and looking for a place to grab a cigar - go here. Period.
Two things - 1) they don't sell alcohol and you can't bring in your own booze. 2) the lounge in the front is for non-members; just buy a stick and you can do your thing. The one in the back is for members. It's really nice; the price varies depending on when you come. If you're solo or with a small group, there's nothing wrong with sitting in the front. If you want a snazzy feel, sitting in the members section is nice.

Stumbled across this Cigar Lounge after an amazing dinner adventure in Schaumburg. Top notch customer service. Excellent cigar selection and the best coffee you will ever have. Ask for the coffee and tell the young lady Cousin Edlo sent ya.

They young lady who took care of us last night was one of the most amazing people I have met. She was so sweet and genuine. I appreciate her to no end. Thank you for the Nutella drink, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for your hospitality as well.

I love this place. Lots of top shelf premium and high-end cigars. The employees are very helpful and very accommodating. I recommend this place highly
