Had been wanting to stop by for a while however always came after 2. Finally had a chance to stop in and I have to say the staff are so welcoming. We needed help with buying a cake and they actually have a dedicated person that sits down and goes over everything with you. Very reasonable on the budget and lots of birthday cake options. Much better choice than large grocery store chains.

I came in today after not coming in since last year and I was very disappointed. When we used to come in the donuts tasted fresh and airy but today I bought an assorted dozen and neither my kids myself or wife enjoyed them. The Bavarian or Boston donuts were raw on the inside and hard and stale on the outside and I could've hung a picture with the twist donuts the flavors seemed to be the same but the quality was so bad. So disappointing because this used to be my family's favorite donut shop. I also stopped in at 8am and the shelves were filled with donuts for the morning rush. There's no reason the donuts should be that stale in the morning unless the donuts are not fresh baked anymore and they are using old and stale ones and like I said I believe the quality of the Bostons was horrible and should not be allowed to be consumed in that state.

Went in based on the reviews and won't be returning. No French donuts or cream puffs, the variety seemed pretty basic and not what I was looking for. I did end up getting donuts and for the price, they were average and doughy. What bothered me most is the transaction part, instead of a quick easy in and out the machine is programmed to ask for a tip. I'm just buying donuts someone is handing me, no, I'm not going to tip and feel this kind of tactic not only puts customers in an awkward place, but they probably aren't paying their employees enough.

If you are running a business you need to know the ADA laws especially when it comes to service dogs. There are two questions you can ask. Is it a service dog and what service does it provide. ?You can't force me to put identification on my sd. I usually have a leash with a wrap on it saying service dog, but unfortunately the wash machine tore it up and waiting for another one. FYI people are paying for the sd gear it doesn't make a dog a sd. What makes them one is the service they provide for the disabled person and plus their mannerism.
I end up leaving because the manager thought she knows better and I was trying to tell her the rules she wouldn't listen. There were kids in there and I was litterly losing my patience best to leave. I have been there multiple times with my sd. Never ever had I had any issues. Again if you are an owner or a manager you should know the laws or say I don't know, which is better than being a know it all and be wrong. Do better.
