First time at Butcher Burger and Wow delicious hamburgers, amazing sea salt and vinegar fries I have ever had! The Butcher Melt was absolutely amazing!! Great cocktails definitely recommend! This has been the Best hamburger and fries we’ve had in Portland. Our server provided excellent customer service. Wow! What a great meal at Butcher Burger . Our first time there and it did not disappoint. Sadie was great with explaining portion sizes . Our burgers and sea salt fries were one of the best we’ve ever had . Atmosphere was spot on with terrific music playing . I would highly recommend trying this place out . Despite being located in an area where seafood is popular, these burgers did not disappoint! They were juicy, packed with flavour, and cooked to perfection. Fries were simple, classic, and well done. They offer indoor bar-style seating and an outdoor patio, which had a bit of a wait time. We sat indoors at the window and enjoyed the view looking out. The two ladies who worked here were super busy but served each table with patience, kindness, and big smiles. Definitely made our experience 10x better! Wicked awesome burgers!! I had the Butcher Burger, and what a creation it is! The crinkle cut fries are super crispy and oh so good! Excellent location, amazing food (burgers) and good drinks. The drinks are good. We just had local beer and it was satisfying. The burgers are definitely high tier in taste and quality. These burger meat is well cooked but talk to the employee to see what they can do for you. The employees were very nice and welcoming! Seating is very limited at the time we were here but I would highly recommend trying the burgers here if you can have a seat here. There is outdoor seating during the summer but during the spring/cold weather, there is very limited seating indoors. The fries were delicious! The sauce was amazing as well. A bit of a long wait but it was worth it! We had Texas burger, cheeseburger, lobster cheese toast and a side of pickles and fries- all very tasty! First time I had the grilled cheese lobster and it was a revelation how easy to eat vs lobster roll 😁 outside eating also better then inside , friendly customer service, a good experience overall. Prices were similar to all places downtown but food was really good!

Haven’t tried them all…but this is the best burger in Portland. So delicious! The chicken sandwiches are also incredibly delicious! I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but chicken is just as good as the burgers, so don’t sleep on them. The lobster roll, meh. It was fine. But this is a burger shop not a lobster roll shop. Have been a few times. Will continue to come back. This place is great!

Small bar and restaurant with outstanding food nearby the waterfront. I tried the chicken and waffles while my wife had the Hawaiian burger. Both were phenomenal and we will definitely be returning!
