Delicious comfort food, with a great vibe, nice staff. During the month of March, it is definitely one of my favorite spots for corned beef and an Irish drink. I had their Apple, chicken salad sandwich (pictured), chili with cheese and sour cream, and their steak-fries are great pub food and done very well. 10/10! Great cozy spot, good food, great location right in downtown Newport and parking is right behind. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is amazing! I cannot believe the amount of WHISKEY they have. They have a book that describes the different nose, mouth and finish. Awesome place. I also got the house burger , onion rings and fries that were great. Highly recommend if you're in the area. This is an Irish Pub in Newport. Very popular and well worth a visit. - Food: Get the scotch egg for an appetizer. Classic Reuben was amazing. They do a good job of advertising their popular menu items to make selection easy. They have all the Irish classics as well - Drink menu is pretty solid, prices were reasonable. We were able to walk in for a table of 6 offseason, but I am sure this place can get packed at times. Plan a bit ahead to avoid any issues Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Scotch Eggs
It was my first time visiting Newport, it’s a beautiful Irish pup! Stopped in for a drink before visiting a close by restaurant for dinner! We had a Guinness and an Irish baileys cream on the rocks.. Will definitely visit again!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had my holiday party here and were fortunate enough to have reserved the top level. As one might expect, the view was great as it overlooks Thames street in downtown Newport. The food was solid. Specifically, the appetizers I ate were very good. I had the onion soup and jalapeño peach wings -- the sauce was sooooo good. I also had the Scottish egg, which was solid. The only complaint on the food was the burger -- I ate half of my friend's -- did not have much flavor. There is only one red flag that I saw: the cook had a huge beard ( a la Duck Dynasty) and did not have it covered.
