It's called Burke Cigar Lounge, but it's not a cigar lounge. They were nice enough to refund my money after I was told it was not a lounge and I couldn't smoke the cigar I bought from them there. A good plan would be to change its name to something that doesn't include "lounge."

The seasoned gentleman was very helpful. I didn't get his name. I also not sure if this actually a lounge, more of a tobacco shop. However, they have a nice selection of sticks. I recommend going if you're in the area

Went to get a gift and know nothing about cigars, service was very helpful, quick, friendly, and honest. Glad I supported them!

Impressive service and attention to customers. I stopped in not really knowing what I wanted to pick out and was very happy with the staff recommendations. Will be back soon. Thanks again fellas!

Very friendly staff, and frequently running some sort of promotional events. The inside Lounge area is small but nice, and there is a secret smoking shed in the back. The prices are fairly standard, which is to say higher than online. Knowledgeable staff are very helpful and happy to find you something you didn't even know you wanted.

My first thought was this place is to crowded and loud. But once I got past the group at the door I realized why, this place rocks. The selection was outstanding. Some sticks I have been looking for for a while but have never found them in a shop. This place had almost all the ones I haven't found yet. One of the two sticks I could find the shop owner found in the back and opened a new box so I could graphics two out of it. My only real issue was the sticks I bought were a bit dry for my liking, but I blame the fact that business was good and the humidors were being opened constantly. I will definitely be back. Great shop to spend my money in. :-)
