My daughter put in a 2 go order last night for 2 medium well burgers one plain the other with no onions The burgers were raw inside and both came fully dressed . I don’t recommend this restaurant if u have food allergies or you don’t like your food uncooked. I’m not driving 15 minutes to tell them they got it wrong so we ate serial and threw $30 in the trash . Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My buddies and I stopped here after the Curtiss Museum. The burger wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I had a burger, fries and a shake. I wasn't full and it cost me 30 bucks. I think that included a tip though. In my opinion, if you sell beer you should have table service. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Too expensive for lunch. But expected in Hammondsport, NY. Good selection of beer, and the food is good. I recommend the Hangover burger. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes The Hangover Burger
The burgers were overcooked and seemed like a burger patty from the freezer section. We weren't given a choice of doneness, I guess they only do well done. I ordered poutine fries and there were no cheese curds and just a few sprinkles of maybe mozzarella with what was most likely Heinz or Campbell's over salty gravy. I can’t say I’ve ever been so disappointed in a meal. Over 55.00 for two people for a simple burger and fries. First, my husbands ordered a burger at the cost of 14.00 fries not included. The bun wasn’t even just stale, it was clearly old to the point the top was dry and the inside was firm. His burger wasn’t seasoned. My meal consisted of wings which again tasted old, and were rubbery. I paid on top of that another 9.00 for a “poutine” (I’m Canadian I know my poutine). I got fries with a small and I mean small sprinkle of grated cheese. No cheese curds and nowhere near enough cheese to call it a poutine. The counter person (no there is no table service) was just shy of being rude, very clipped and seemed unhappy to have to take our order. I DO NOT recommend going here and we won’t be returning. Ridiculously pricey for very poor food quality and even poorer service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. We were staying nearby in Hammondsport and were looking for dinner. We walked in 50 minutes before closing and other than 4 people at the bar, were the only patrons. The girl that took our order was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were there. Same goes for the guy working the grill. We ordered at the counter and of course, this is a place that asks for a tip when you order, before you know how awful the experience is about to be. This was our worst experience in all of the Fingerlakes, which was otherwise great. Most people we encountered were warm and welcoming. The girl taking our order was pleasant and joking with the other patrons at the bar. The cook was forced to acknowledge us when we asked for something. We ate our bland burgers and fries and left immediately. Never once being thanked or checked on. I have no idea how this place is open if this is how they treat customers. I read some other similar reviews and can't help but wonder if those folks have anything in common with us. Don't go here, this place doesn't deserve your business.
