Walked in this afternoon to pick up my lunch that was ordered online, and received no greeting at all. Everyone appeared to be in a trance. The folks preparing the food and the woman behind the counter all had the same look. There's no sign posted for online pickup, so you just have to assume that the bag sitting alone on the counter is yours. After standing there for maybe 4 minutes, I decided to turn the bag around and that's when I saw my name on it. Other than that, the place appeared to be clean and the food was good but if I could give zero stars for service, I absolutely would.

We have been to many Burger Fi’s in the past, enjoyed the food and atmosphere however the newly opened restaurant in Altamonte Springs disappointed us. Service was good, place is clean but the presentation of the food was disappointing. We opted for the touch button order process since nobody was at the front to assist. When our food came to the table it did not look appetizing at all. Even though they had tray liners, they didn’t use paper pouch liners (don’t really know the correct terminology) for their sandwiches. I ordered veggie burger with lettuce instead of a bun and it was a very messy burger to eat. Hard to hold and eat a wet lettuce burger. My husband’s burger was dry, bacon was over cooked and no trimmings came with it. Will be reading into more reviews before giving this location another chance.

Food was great. Our Burger-Fi assistant Marryah wss phenomenal and very helpful to a person who does not visit very often. I will come back more often now.

The food was excellent, but what topped it all was Molly’s service. She went above and beyond to help me when I came alone with my 3 kiddos (2 of which are toddlers). She helped carry my food out and came to check on us periodically to make sure we were okay. I had to double-check to make sure I wasn’t at Disney because that’s the level of service she provided! Thanks, Molly, for being so very thoughtful during our visit!

Stopped by with my girls after a long day of school, and couldn't be happier. The food was fresh made to order I saw the guy who made my Burgers, not the microwave. Nate was his name, Thank you Nate you made us the best burgers that we have had in a while! Make sure you try the fries but share to save room for dessert. Everything was amazing, fresh and quicker then any drive-thru joint. We will be back!!

The food was amazing, especially the fries. The customer service also excelled and greeted me and my guys when we walked in. Calm, cool, and collected atmosphere- very good if you want to study or just eat in peace. Overall, a very great experience and will be eating here again.
