Amazing good but pathetic customer service.
I placed an order and specifically mentioned to make sure the order is delivered hot and fresh. But what I hot was merely warm. So I asked the rider to check it and informed the restaurant that the food isn’t hot.
Their response was
“Yeh lena hai to ly main garam nahi dy sakta”
They lost a loyal customer today. So won’t be ordering for them in future. Please make sure the person talking with the customer is well behaved and knows how to talk.
