In comparison to other establishment, it convenient, efficient and clean. Took roughly 10 minutes from ordering to receiving my order. The cashier Vangile was absolutely sweet and so welcoming. The store was very clean and I noticed that the staff attends the tables promptly after customers have left which is very good and keeps the establishment clean. Overall I had a good experience and have no complaints. If you want to have something to complain about go to Burger king South Africa. Calling the manager of ghe team does not help at all. Poor quality carton to put drinks in. As an added bonus the lids on the cups dont work... this causes nice leaks as you drive home. Just to get home to super cold food. The food is really great. I just don't like their setups the tables are too small and don't accommodate large groups. But the food is really on point and there's a fast service delivery.
