Wvery time I go here, my daughter wants a kid meal that comes with a cookie. My son wants something off yhe regular menu that doesn't come with a cookie, so I order an extra. Every time the cookie is not included. It happens every time. Or you order 4 cookies. You get 2. Why can't this place figure this out? Why don’t you just take shakes off the menu. Every time I try to get a shake there machine is down. Ive tried to get them for my family as treat on several occasions and they have never had them when i stopped. I make sure to let everyone i know how bad it is. Used to be McDonald’s never had ice cream now burger king is just as bad. I dont know if its just bad management or terrible employees but don’t something on the menu if its never available.

Leanna (purple hair) was rude at first approach when placing order. Loud, short and tone was not pleasant when greeting a customer. Then we arrive at the window and asks “what’s your order?” Not a “hello, what was your order” in any different tone than we received at the speaker. She hands us our food without a “thank you” and shuts the window. All before I could even ask for salt. So we wait. She comes back to the window and tells us we need to move ahead if we’re checking our bags. “There’s a line.” Excuse me ma’am. Don’t shut the window before giving a thank you first of all, but that line is still going to be there because there was no food or even drinks waiting for the next car behind us. 10/10 don’t recommend this location based on customer service alone! Now get to the food part. Whopper cold af and lemonade was missing…..lemon flavor! Straight up water! Will drive right on by this location for sure!
