Over priced, cold, dry food.. drivethru orders coming out wrong.. today I spented about 27 dollars here, drive all the way home to find they didn't include an almost 6$ sandwich.. but cold nuggets and fries.. last time stopping here ( about a month ago), ordered inside, one man running the entire restaurant.. taking inside and drivethru orders cooking them then serving witch I have all respect for the man doing it but come on seriously?? The restaurant should do better, it was pretty sad ! And on top.of that he was talking on a cell phone the whole time!

Went tgru the drive thru, ordered a kids meal, 2'impossibles and 2 Jr whoppers. They took our order without warning us their broiler wasn't working. They made us pull around only for them to have forgot about our order over 30 minutes. I went inside where it wasn't busy. When I asked management where my order was, they had completely forgot. She tried to hand me cold fries and onion rings that they had sitting in my bag all that time. She was unapologetic and rude. But you have to go during the day shift hours. the day shift at Burger King in Dallas is a whole different breed of people. Loving, caring, friendly, family feel to the atmosphere when you walk in, smiling, and will actually talk to you, and they know their job and they do it well with pride and it shows, and your food is hot.
