Went to take my boys out to dinner, and we showed up to an almost empty building. No customers to keep them busy and the building was trashed, Garbage and messiness all in the lobby. one took our order or even looked at us for 5 min. Then we ordered the new hot burger. We received our food (cold) with no sauce, etc. Just bread and a piece of meat. Took it to their attention, and the kid told me, " No one told you we were out of the hot sauce?) I said. " No!!!! You were the one who took my order." I asked for a refund, and he went to get the manager who told me they had a sign on the counter yesterday. She looked, and it was not around anywhere but told me they don't do refunds!!!???!!!??? So I asked if we can get a different burger to replace. "Nope but I can put mayonnaise on this one. Got 4 classic chicken sandwiches and cheesy tots. Got home to eat it and all of the buns were stale and the chicken and tots had obviously been sitting for a while. Last time it was good. This place is way too inconsistent. I would stay away because it is always a gamble. You are either waiting way too long because they are severely understaffed or food is going to be terrible. Maybe even both. Called the manager and she did not offer to make it right. Just said that she was sorry. Poor service and poor management. The food was ok. It was hard to catch the attention of employees to obtain ketchup and other things. The soda machine, instead of being the delightful variety of flavors it was designed to be, was mostly empty. The ice was definitely empty. So I had a warm soda flavor that wasn't what I wanted. At 5:30 p.m. on a Friday I walked directly to the front counter of that restaurant. However, the drive-thru was 12 cars deep. Anyway, I was greeted very friendly and ordered a bacon king and a small drink. It was handed to me refresh, hot and delicious. The lobby of the restaurant was clean and all of the supplies were accessible. Post Falls Burger King is a five-star fast food restaurant in my opinion.... Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

The manager in charge was incredibly disrespectful and rude to me. She insulted me and laughed with her colleagues when I made a mistake about what number I ordered. I just gave her my receipt and told her what I was missing and she slapped it down at me, and I thought that was incredibly disrespectful. She made me feel like an idiot, and she didn’t care. I use the app, and love the deals. That being said, they are chronically understaffed. I bump into the employees all the time in the community, but every time I go in to the Burger King in Post Falls they have 2-4 people in the whole place, and I wait two to three times longer than any other Burger King when I use the drive thru. I'm going to just take the extra trip to the Ramsey BK, they have proper staff numbers and I've yet to match the Mullan one in wait times at any other BK. I'll give a better review if they start having enough people on shift, til then, I'm done with this. Employees are great, food is good, don't know what management is thinking if this is how they do business!!!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Employees clearly don't listen... ordered 4 bacon king meals and they gaves us 4 whopper meals... it was too late to go back when we noticed the mistake. Its a big deal when you have people allergic to some of the veggies they put on the whopper meals and thats specifically why you ordered the meal you did. Please don't come to this burger King. Maybe when they start loosing customers they'll look at their reviews and hire competent people. Waited over 20 mins for two burgers, drink has no syrup in it, kid manning the register didn't say a word to us and just stared. I have never had such an uncomfortable and unsettling interaction with a stranger in my life... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
