Ordered 2 junior whoppers. They were great, only problem was it took 20 min to get them. Also ordered onion rings and they were terribil the oil was either old or not hot enough. Everyone is always nice, they were kinda short staffed but kept me updated on my order as I waited. I didn't have anywhere to be, but they do tend to take a while to prepare food sometimes. It's always pretty tasty though, and so far my orders are right when I go there. I recommend them if you don't have anywhere you need to be quickly. I went through the drive thru at 12 today. The person taking my order was completely unprofessional. She was short and very rude. Halfway through my order, someone else came on to finish taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, it was very clear the person who was rude to me was because she was the only woman with a headset. She was wearing a sweater which made me assume she's management. How incredibly unprofessional for an adult manager to behave this way at lunch time. Horrible experience. I was waiting at the drive-through. The person on the speaker said they were having a shift change and it would be a few minutes. I waited and then after a few minutes asked if they were ready to take our order. They said no, they were having a shift change. I said "Ok, well there are two cars behind me." Then I kept waiting. After a long time the person came back on the speaker and said very rudely, "Ma'am what part of having a shift change do you not understand. You said there were cars behind you, and I already told you it will be.a while." I asked how long the shift change takes, which she would not answer. Then I asked who the manager was, and she said "You are speaking with one right now." So, I left, which was obviously what the manager wanted. Pitiful. Will never go back there and will not forget being treated that way. Service: 1

This place just disgust me. They are always out of breakfast food every single time I order doordash. I'm beyond upset because Burger King happens to be 1 of my favorite places to have breakfast, I love the junior burritos meal an they're always out. My food was sub-standard (not very warm), but Anita was a bright spot in my day. She said to go ahead and get my drink, and she would bring my tray out. My meal was ready before I got my drink and found a seat, but she said she'd just follow me when I was done to bring my tray to wherever I sat. Thank you, Anita!
