For of all we don’t know what we don’t know. I am coming from a consumer who is expressing her experience. I used the drive through today as I always do. I had no waiting to order the issue came with the wait with the order directly ahead of me. I’m certain they were getting impatient too. They made him sit at the window waiting for his order and held up everyone else. He could have easily been asked to move to the corner of the building to keep the line moving. There seemed to be no interest in the rest of the drive through. That Manager might want to be concerned about the other customers. It’s just a suggestion.
