I ordered nuggets and this is what I got. Uncooked nuggets. For the first time in a long time the person taking my order was very pleasant but my food was the purpose of the visit. So I was still hungry after my lunch time for work
Even though they were grossly understaffed, Tyesha and her other coworker got the job done I'll be glad when they open back up so we can dine inside after church on Sunday again.

I am not recommending this location. They lack comprehension skills, and find it acceptable to give clearly sitting food to their customers. I made it very known that I wanted my food fresh. Not one item in my bag was that and the chicken sandwich I received were pieces of chicken put on top of each other. I was already at the window waiting 10 minutes so I assumed it was due to my request.

Usually I have problems with fast food regardless of where I go, but the brother who took my order did a good job and had everything right! Food nice and hot.

Don't waste your time going here. I always hope they make some changes, but they never ever do anything. Last time I went here, the drive-thru was completely shut down. Everyone had to go inside to get their order taken. Two women in particular were being really nasty to the staff at the register. He was asking where certain orders were, and the women screamed at him and said why are you asking me.
From now on, I will be going to the Livonia location on 7 Mile. It's much further of a drive, but I will get my food in a timely manner and deal with pleasant workers. Lesson finally learned.
There is a McDonald's and Wendy's in either direction. Don't go to this Burger King. It is a disaster. Poor top management to keep letting this continue.
This morning we ordered one ultimate breakfast platter (which includes one side sausage, one hash brown , pancake & biscuit). However the cashier/server didn’t give us the hash brown. On top of that the pancake was really hard. I asked them to get the fresh pancakes they finally gave us fresh pancakes but there they didn’t have syrup. This was not mentioned by the cashier at the time we placed the order. So we left the pancakes there. This was my worst experience ever with Burger King. My question to you guys is why didn’t you mention us that you don’t have hash browns & syrup. ( the biscuit was too oily) . That’s really unfair. And we work hard for every penny. I will take this matter to the management. ( i paid 11.96 in total for your disgusting food/service)
they are the only Burger King out of 4 that actually let me have it my way (for a small fee ofcourse) I ordered a impossible Whopper on a pretzel bun with cheese. It was good and so was the staff
