On 2/20/24 my wife and I got dinner from there. We got food poisoning from the food. So they need to a better job. So it had to be the lettuce, tomatoe, or mayo. That were bad. Thankfully it was only the two of us and not our kids.

Closed at least an hour earlier on a Friday night than both the sign on their drive-thru window and online hours indicate. In addition they did not turn off their availability for online delivery orders so I wasted a large amount of time driving to the location significantly before they should have ever closed, only to have an employee who was eating near the drive-thru window run away when I tried to get her attention. Do better, because you disappointed a customer who never got their food delivered and wasted the time and money of a delivery driver.

Stole our money when we placed an order. The moment we got there, some guy who barely spoke English started saying "we closed" and took our money smh. Also, the past 3 times we've come here since August, there's literally like 1 or 2 people working. And they NEVER get your order right. You wait in line for 45 minutes and they never even get on the speaker in the drive thru to tell you "Sorry we're not gonna be able to help you" or something.

I came with 6 kids to play while we waited for other kids to get out of a class. We see the " play area OPEN" sign, and the kids are so excited. We pull up and see a lot of people in the play area, so we leave and come back an hour later. There's still a ton of people, and we decide to deal with it as it's dinner time. We walk in and discover that despite the sign, the play land is not open and has been ... oddly rented out. Needless to say, we went to McDonald's and ate with disappointed kids. Knowing this place can be rented out, we won't be back . The disappointment the kids have to go through when this randomly happens isn't worth it.
