Stopped at st clairsville location ordered dbl wopper with no cheese med fry.. what I received single wopper with cheese small fry . Stopped here so didn't have to cook . Well didn't work in my favorite .. looks like I won't be back there 😕

After sitting 3 cars back waiting to give my order, asked to wait at speaker which turned out to be a 5 minute wait. Still 4 cars lined up behind me, found they were taking and preparing 1 order at a time so there was only one car at the drive thru window. Took 12 minutes total to get a double cheeseburger and onion rings.
There has been some trouble here lately. Slow service, wrong orders. Reported on the link on the receipt twice this past week but no manager ever responded. The location is convenient to me but might have to start going out of my way for better service.

I don’t know why I even tried, the person behind counter didn’t even acknowledge myself and disabled father in law waited 10 minutes before leaving they kept taking drive thru orders and just left us standing there like dorks. Thanks a lot you have such stinky customer service!!!
