The location is about the only good thing about this location. Drive thru is always S S S L L L O O O W W W. And then the nerve of some of the people to put something into the drive thru to stop you from pulling forward, just because they're not ready for the next order? Not cool. FYI I've been sitting in this very drive thru for about 10 minutes while typing this up. I've been taking my time. I paid for my food already, but I'm still stuck. Even had time to snap a picture and post it with this review. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just got home from picking up at this drive through. I waited for a while with only one car in front of me. I then sat at the open window with an employee standing right there for another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I paid for my food and got home to find out the fries were not in the order. I tried to call the store, they are not taking calls, and no way to leave a message. Very poor experience here today! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to this Burger King the other day I haven’t been here in over a year. The rodeo burger has gotten so small it fits in the palm of my hand. The half fries half onion rings you can order don’t bother in a medium size I got 2 onion rings. Now I remember Why it’s been over a year since I’ve been here. This Burger King has Gone Completely Down Hill!!! The workers act like it’s a bother to help you. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Was a nice breakfast experience; food was hot made to order ; Javier is so kind and friendly with everyone; he even brought my food until my table; Such a nice Guy !!! He talk with guys enjoying their morning coffee ; restaurant was so nice and clean; I wish all the best for all the people working on this store ; Thank you to everyone for make my day start with this pleasant experience !!

When ordering because I didn't order "fast enough", (we wanted to try something new and not our usual favorites) the drive thru operator mumbled "oh my god.." under their breath in a rude tone when I said, "just one more minute" politely. This is just bad customer service! Stop being rude to your customers. Burger King also stop hiring people who don't have patience and kindness as attributes. They got the order wrong though the drive thru, and would not try to correct it. They only wanted my money. When I explained that the price was wrong for what was ordered, the guy did not see to know how to fix it. Probably new to the position. Then we had another person come to the window telling me a price and not correct the order. Again explained the order is not right for the price was told the manager would need to help me. The manager, I guess because she did not tell me who she was, demanded the money. When I told her that the price was wrong she told me that it was because they had me down for two of them. Then walked away saying that "It is not the end of the world." There was no effort to correct or fix the order. Then they could not correct it because the person that took the order was deaf. The manager refused service and told me that I was free to complain to corporate and that the number to corporate was "over there." Also saying that "not everyone can be like you." I do not know how many customers with disabilities this manager or this store has discriminated against. This type of behavior needs to stop and the personnel issues corrected. Went there on October 26th and ordered $25.00 worth of food and received half. I was in the drive through. Called to complain and was hung up on. Will never be there again. I don't really care about the food but the fact they hung up on me is unacceptable. I was there at 5:30 pm and also never received a receipt. So much for hanging on to your receipt when you don't get one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Serious health violation. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, took a couple bites and realized they forgot the bacon. No problem, take it to the front and say “excuse me, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but this doesn’t have bacon.” Manager took my partially-eaten burger, gave it to one of the employees that was working on prepping some food, and told her to “just put some bacon in it.” After she used her gloves to open my burger and put bacon in it (on the side that wasn’t eaten yet, mind you), she resumed work without changing her gloves.

We ordered doordash, 2nd time in 6 months our order was short of what we ordered,. When i went there the doordash driver was there with someone elses order and waiting for another order for a second customer... Main reason why our order was cold! I got the other part of the order. Now i watched the doordash driver inventory the food in the bag to the reciept... Obviously he didn't do that in our case.... I can understand a minor mistake, but this is twice in the past 6 months.. Food cold both times... I recommend not too use doordash. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
