I bought a 8 pieces of chicken nuggets and a small order of frys and the nuggets was cold and hard and the frys was really salty and this was my first time going to the burger King in Stanford Ky but want be going back

Drive thru was really slow and the employees have no clue what was going on.... They were running better when they first opened. Not sure what changed

First time going since store opened. They didn’t have 3 of soft drinks , no large cups, etc . We went over order 3 - 4 times over speaker. Also telling them the wrong chicken sandwich. They still did not change order on screen. We went to window, went over order where they didn’t get it right. Told them about chicken sandwich and small fries were supposed to be large. They charged us for up sizing to large but we received small fries , medium drinks.. she told us I could get milkshake or icee for no extra charge but it charged $1.50. We just got Dr Pepper. They would not give us a receipt . After our complaints- they did give us large fries . But when I got home to eat the chicken sandwich was very spicy . I have GERD in which I can’t have spicy food. This does NOT help me or my family want to come back. I can’t fill out survey to get free food. We love Burger King but Stanford Ky needs someone to help correct the errors.

Every time we go, something is wrong. All the burgers were misnamed and I got a mouth full of mayonnaise when mine was supposed to be plain with extra cheese. Sent my husband back for the right burgers, and he didn’t bother to ask for fresh fries too. Guess I get to eat this horribly dry patty WITHOUT extra cheese that was paid for in the first place- with cold hard fries. Not going there anymore
