This place and it’s remodel is the definition of putting lipstick on a pig! I can’t believe I fell for their remodel ads, it’s the same old place same bad service same high prices. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich meal, (very simple only cheese) took forever and was not only cold old chicken but was made wrong. By the time i got my food and opened my sandwich my lunch break was over. Sad really sad! $14 for a meal that was wrong and I couldn’t eat. This place use to be fast at the drive-thru until they decided to upgrade to a 2 lane. Now I wait almost 15 to 20 minutes for my food at the drive-thru. They always had better prices than MC Ds and deals but now they I feel like they never have any good deals and I'm spending more. I went in to order a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, I was going to use the restroom first. It was filthy, no toilet tissue. I turned around and left. ( The parking lot was full of trash as well not sure why no one went out to clean it up to make it look decent) There were no customers at the time and employees seem to be having fun back there. I guess they don't care about the restaurant's appearance.

This Burger King was better than many locations and had a friendly and attentive cashier. The burger was a little cold and the drink station needed to be cleaned. The service was fast.

Hash browns were dry and crusty. Asked for fresh and manager requested fresh from crew and was told those are fresh but did finally bring out fresh hot hash browns. Not going back though Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I don't often eat fast food but in a pinch it does the trick. This particular Burger King is disgustingly dirty. Hand prints all over the double doors, garbage on the floor, a rug that needs cleaning and I will not describe the women's toilet but suffice to say it was a biohazard and could not be used. Double drive up made waiting time worse than it was before. Waited in line for 8 minutes and not even one car moved. Left and went to Subway. In and out in less than 5 minutes. That’s how fast food should be. Don’t waste your time. They need to step up their game in the kitchen. also, the new exterior design is not pleasing to the eye. What a shame!
