This is a satisfactory Burger King location. It was one of the only late night food options in town, so I decided to try it. I ordered drive through and the staff was very courteous. The whopper I ordered didn’t taste very fresh, but it was edible and the only thing open. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Wow is it a requirement the Burger King workers to have -19 percent personality -189 customer service skills? Well I believe this to be truthful. If you want to feel like a down right inconvenient jerk for trying to buy food. Come here! After every question we were asked is that all? we were not given any descriptions and we were treated like we were so inconvenient for being there. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went through the drive thru, and they messed up my order. I went inside, and I was treated poorly. They acted like I was in the wrong. I brought my bag in and showed my receipt. It took over 10 minutes to get the regular cheeseburger they forgot. All in all, we haven't been back and probably won't go back again. By the way, the person working the window was nice. food is cold every time and the rude girl in drive thru shouldn't be allowed out of her cage. Oh and the atmosphere? All I can say is it looks filthy from the drive thru view. windows are gross. I ordered the Impossible Whopper and loved it. I didn't miss the beef at all. The flame broiled taste is just the same. If you sign up on their APP for the rewards program, BK gives a complimentary up sized fries or a fountain drink per day. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Today I ordered a Whopper meal in the drive-thru. When I came home it was the grossest Whopper I'd ever bitten into. I called to complain and asked for my money back. They asked me what my order number was and if I paid with cash or a card. I told them I paid cash and he said no problem bring it back with a receipt and we will refund you the money. Upon going there instead they did not give me my money back they gave me my coupon back and said I can use it at a later date. They would not refund me for my Whopper. I was disgusted with the service there. Why would I want to use a coupon again and pay again and not get my money back for a meal that they did not prepare freshly or correctly? Instead I have contacted headquarters and I'm waiting for a response. I believe I shouldn't have to do in the first place. I should have just been able to get my money back and go about my day. 😡 Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1

Food was good, but the staff seems disinterested in their customers. Not a single smiling face in the place. Also, how difficult is it to turn and acknowledge customers with a simple, "Welcome to Burger King, someone will be with you shortly"? I just went through the drive-thru. And I spent $30 on food. Everything except for the fries was completely cold. I am so tired of going through the Burger King drive-thrus and it's not just this particular one. It's a couple of them that constantly Have cold food hamburgers, chicken nuggets. It's all cold, they're making it and letting it sit and then serving it to everyone which is to me. I'm sorry it's almost $30 worth of food that's outrageous that should not be heaven. I would rather wait to have my food hot. Then to be rushed through and get cold food.

😄 I used to always dread going to Burger King when my other half wants it but this place has gotten IMMENSELY better! We got 3 rodeo burgers today and I was shocked at how well they were made, onion rings fresh, perfect amount of barbecue sauce and the cashier was personable and kind! Nice young gentleman served us inside. He was patient and kind and answered lots of questions about deals and smiled. Afterwards my partner dug into her purse and found a gold Sacajawea coin when we got back to the van. I gave it to him and he smiled. Thanks is all he said. I could tell it made a difference.
