I have been to so many Burgur kings before but Charlie has made this experience wholesome. We were among the last few customers and they way she welcomed us was heart warming. The food made my elvin (i hope i am writing his name correctly) was as good as the service. This Can't get any better. Highly recommend this place and kudos to the smiling and happy management. I usually have much higher marks for burger king. They are not all perfect but they are usually what I expect. What I don't expect is to be completely ignored to where I have to leave. There was an employee in the lobby when I arrived and clearly saw me. Then while staning in front of the register there were at least 3 employees in the back all talking to each other and I was able to make eye contact with at least one of them. No hold on I will be right there, no greeting, and worst of all no one even came to the front and I had to leave without ordering. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience.
