I politely asked for a refund after it took over five minutes to make a sandwich, I was the only person at the register and I noticed they were putting it in the microwave. I said I did not want it because it was going in the microwave and manager gave me an attitude and walked away. It still took another five minutes to get my refund from a separate employee. Got a whopper looked great out of the wrapper, Tasted good, but started getting 'sloppy' before I was halfway through. All the mayo and ketchup was in the center and caused the burger and toppings to start sliding out the back of the bun.
