Every time I use the online app i always get ripped off. You can never get your order filled correctly? And the manager is unable to help because He says there's some kind of third party issue. But anyway, I would avoid this place I've been referred to corporate twice whatever that means. But i've lost sixteen bucks there so good luck.

They are supposed to close at 10:30, but we were there at about 10:05 and the store was closed with no cars in the parking lot. Shouldn't post hours when you try to get out early daily because this isn't the first time this happened or the other time that I was told I got there just in time because they were closing up early. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and other items for lunch. I noticed when I was eating my sandwiches that there was only 1 piece of cheese on them. Doesn't a double cheeseburger mean 2 pieces of cheese? I still have the receipt and debating on calling customer service. The lady who took my order told me that they only get 1 piece of cheese. Showed up and ordered a bacon king with onion rings and nuggets. Watched as I waited literally 10 mins while no one said a word. Watched as my nuggets and onion rings sat under the heating lamp as they did whatever in the back. No explanation or anything just terrible terrible service. No wonder everyone was at wendys and not burger King. Opposite of the burger King in my area. Poor poor performance Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was visiting Pennsylvania and stopped by for dinner. The cashier was really patience and the coworkers since there were 10 of us. It was for dine in they did forget a burger but even then I give them 5 stars since it was 10 orders. Great customer service. In and out with a welcome and good bye. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Burger King is always at the bottom of the list for fast food places. Not just my opinion. But I always enjoyed their burgers but last time I think the bun was different or something was off so it wasn't very good. Fries are hit or miss. One will be great, the next just terrible. Everywhere in town is going to mess up your order eventually. So take a star or 2 for that. Otherwise the help in town is all interchangeable snd it shows. This is a nice change up from McDonald's if youre looking to avoid the line or just avoid McDonald's. Once s month to grab a quick burger on the run or a breakfast burrito. I dont excpect more than I get from fast food places.
