Food is what you expect from Burger King. But the service was awful. Not just because we had to wait a long time without being acknowledged (solid 15 minutes) let alone an order taken, but the manager complained about staff and soft serve machine not being ser up correctly by an employee, and stayed they didn't have the time to fiddle with it. It's not appropriate to down talk you staff. Just state it's broken and move on. A pain point with Burger Kings is constant lately with soft serve machines not working. But that aside, acknowledge customers when they walk in and state they will be helped momentarily. To have everyone in front of you moving around taking drive through orders for 15 minutes without a "hello- we know you are here" is poor business. And stay away from blaming staff. if you are a manager, you are responsible for success and failure points, at least from a customer's perspective. I am not likely to return here any time soon. 5-stars because you need it. BK used to be a fine dining institution but it remains a shell of it's former glory. This bath location is what it is, maybe demo the building and start over? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to this location serveral times and each time I’m more disappointed than the last the last time will be the last time I visit the bath location the food has a taste like the equipment hasn’t been cleaned in months the store looks like it’s falling apart and either the store has no help or the employees don’t really care about you getting your food the last time I was there I sat in the line for 35 minutes and my order was still incorrect for anyone looking at going here I sincerely hope you save your time and money and go anywhere else Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
