Put in an order on the app: Double Whopper meal and a Coke. Pull up to the window, they hand me a kids meal. I tell them that's wrong, and that leave for quite a while. Finally, they hand the bag to me. The label on the outside says Double Whopper meal. Get home. Inside the bag is a plain double cheeseburger. Not a Whopper. Tried calling. No answer. Contacted customer service through the app and they offered a $10 credit. Not even a full refund.
I eat at Burger King once a year or so to remind myself how bad Burger King is.
